Refund policy

At House of Drains, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, or we have sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We offer a 7-day returns window from the date the item has been delivered to ensure any issues are addressed promptly.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders, unless approved
  • Custom-made, cut, or painted products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at sales@houseofdrains.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos showing the issue.
  2. Wait for Approval
    Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for the return process.
  3. Pack and Return the Item
    Securely repackage the item and send it back within 7 days of receiving our instructions.
  4. Return Costs
    Return freight and any additional packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved
  5. Inspection
    Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

Refunds for change of mind

All change-of-mind return requests must be submitted in writing to sales@houseofdrains.com.au within 7 days of receiving your items. Returned items must be in their original, unused, and saleable condition and in the original packaging. All change of mind returns are subject to approval, and if approved, a 30% restocking fee will apply.


Refunds or Replacements

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
