Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing House of Drains. We’re committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and pickup options to ensure your products arrive on time and in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing & Pickup
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday-Friday) are eligible for same-day pickup at our warehouse.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be ready for pickup the next business day. In some cases, same day pick up may still be available after 11am - Please call us for any urgent orders 03 9758 0555.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions and our pickup location.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:

We currently only ship within Australia.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
4. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable) so we can quickly resolve the issue.
